Problems in Working with QTVR

1. As you "move-in" i.e. + or magnify the image the resolution obviously becomes poorer. There is no solution per se for this problem other than restricting the allowable "zoom".

2. When you link to the next higher magnification there is a problem that the QT movie that you have linked with will not start off at the same size. (This is just something that you have to experiment with in the playback zoom settings.

3. QuickTime movies can be imported into Image J through the plugins on the Menubar.

4. The panoramas that were used in the QTVR applications were take with a "disposable" panoramic camera. The images were then scanned and enhanced under Photoshop. While the images are not as sharp as one would want - are they ever - these disposable cameras do a remarkable job.
